OACWA has transformed the Nollamara Scout Hall, leased from the City of Stirling, into a fit-for-purpose community facility. The Hub enables OACWA’s ethno-specific community groups to deliver programs that reflect their unique needs and aspirations. Open to all African communities, it serves as a central gathering place to connect, celebrate culture, and showcase collective achievements.
