Community Engagement and Outreach:

Goal: Strengthen connections within the OACWA community.

• The team has agreed to launch the network during Jambo Africa as this will be an opportunity to have people register to the team and get a real life date

• Sorie and Dr Casty to also reach out to the researcher about the needs assessment

• The researcher (Dr Isaac) would be able to also contribute to the survey monkey questions that will be done via the QR code on the day as this will determine the what next

• The result of the survey will guide the plans of the team and there will be an avenue to share this with the men in the community

• Jeff mentioned to also encourage the participation of the QR code, we might have photo booth that we will use to encourage participation so before the enter the photo booth we can say scan and complete this survey
