Chingala holds a diploma in Accounting from TAFE, Bachelor of Commerce from Murdoch University and is an associate member of CPA.

He is energetic and ambitious and has developed a mature and responsible approach to any task he undertakes or situation. He is excellent at working with others to achieve a certain objective on time and with excellence.
