Caleb Azuka

Caleb is an outstanding creative chef and restaurateur. He is a fervent believer of using his God giving culinary creativity to change the world around him. His creativity and passion for his field have won him some important accolade in his industry including the 2015 Culinary distinction award, USA, the 2016 Chef extraordinaire in Atlanta Georgia USA and has been imprinted in the culinary Hall of Fame as the youngest African in Atlanta Georgia to be bestowed such an award.

Caleb is the first African in Perth that is leading in the innovation of the culinary world being featured in varieties of food and wine magazines, google, social media and national TV shows. He has also published his creative and innovations ideas in various culinary magazines and won the 2019 and 2020 readers’ choice and chef by the Australian good food guide.

Caleb is the chef and sole owner of Restaurant Caleb, the corner Italian, Caleb Table spices and Caleb Specialities. The corner Italian won the 2020 best restaurant in Subiaco. He employs a lot of people and the city of Subiaco continue to recognise him as a key contributor to the Subiaco economic growth.

Caleb is noted to refuse to settle for less, this he uses to inspire all African he comes across with, to empower them.

Majok Wutchok

Majok is very sharpened in all areas as a jack of all trade and master of all. He is an author, a strong devotion to public health and community mental health advocate, and a proud African nationalist that engaged all audience in any given technological platform.

Majok is an enormous contributor to cultural diversity in Western Australia among our African Communities. He has established Facebook pages and YouTube channels that innovatively carry heavyweight messages on African cultural and political social affairs.

He has continuously used his skills and abilities to shape and address gaps in the CALD community through technology mentoring for young CALD in WA. His devotion is seeing the young CALD divert to STEM – Science Technology English Mathematics to be competent future leaders.

Majok is an independent researcher that publishes on important topics with several books to his credit. He is committed and continuous to collaborate with other professionals in creating solutions to complex problems for the good of all. He is known for his vocal advocacy approaches to public health provision in Africa and Australia.

Michael Feleke

Michael is the owner of Aussie Coffee Roasters and passionate member of the Ethiopian African community. Aussie Coffee Roasters provides organic coffee from Ethiopia and many other countries to serve the WA community and beyond.

Michael through the Aussie Filters WA Pty Ltd, the Grease filter operations are innovatively adding an important product to their line of products, the Bio-Diesel operations. Along with the coffee roasting project, the company is expected to re-shape and create more demand for the African Coffee Industry.
Michael through his businesses continues to show the African culture and products with Australians, providing jobs and helping people in the African communities. He uses his coffee brands not only connect consumers to the great coffee farms of Africa but also educate them on African history. He also ignites the Pan Africanism sentiment by creating positive image exposures.

His leadership and innovation are demonstrated by the number of businesses and being a hard-working individual. He is a devoted supporter of the community making him a great role model within the community.
